My master bathroom shower had a leak. I contacted Evergreen Plumbing and Drains to schedule an appointment. Dylan and Sean were at my house the next afternoon and had the leak fixed in less than 30 minutes! I am delighted with the outcome. From the first contact to make an appointment, until I shook hands with Dylan and Sean as they left my house. The customer service and attention to detail was simply top notch. Evans was prompt professional & personable

I called Evergreen on a Friday at noon and they gave me several options for appointments same day and on Monday. The technician, Evan, was punctual and courteous. He didn’t even mind our kids staring at him until I could pull them away from the area. He gave me three tiers of options to fix our problem and showed me why we had to go with the fix we did. Afterwards, he had me check his work and was on his way. I would recommend Evergreen to any of my friends or family who ask for a plumber.

I needed to have some plumbing work done and called Evergreen. Evan came out and spent over an hour inspecting all of my plumbing and gave me a quote. He didn't charge for the visit. Evan did the work and charged me almost $400 less than the estimate. Very honest and ethical. I definitely recommend Evergreen!

The Company and technician were very accommodating and knowledgeable. The technician came in assessed the circumstances and fixed the problem. He was professional and I felt very comfortable with him coming into our home.

We called Evergreen Plumbing because our garbage disposal stopped working. They came out the next day. Communication was excellent: email, texts, and a call when they were on the way. Their team (Joel and helper), were very courteous, knowledgeable, and obviously dedicated employees. Their ethical team was able to diagnose the problem: electrical versus a plumbing issue. Evergreen Plumbing is now our "go to" plumbing company.

Evergreen Plumbing has been wonderful to work with! They came out within 2 hours when my drain clogged and was backing up into my showers. After discussion I discovered they also do outside drain work. We had an issue with water retention in our yard after rain. Dylan worked through this process with me and was thorough in explaining the process and his recommendations to me. Within a week their team was out to dig new drains that connected to our downspouts and took the water out to the street. These guys came out on the hottest day of the summer and worked tirelessly to get a huge job done in one day. Afterwards, Evergreen continued to check in to make sure everything was going well and to ensure I didn’t have any questions. I would highly recommend them for any plumbing work you need! They are knowledgeable, honest about recommendations without trying to get you to spend more and more money, hardworking, and trustworthy.

We had a toilet break two days before leaving town for a week. Evergreen sent someone out promptly to take a look. Joel was our technician and I couldn’t be happier working with him. He was very knowledgeable and gave us a few options for our situation. I will absolutely use Evergreen in the future.

I have used Evergreen for many projects around our home. Every single technician who has come out for service has been so kind, thorough and remarkably skilled. Their prices are competitive and fair. Joel was professional, timely, and took care of our problem quickly.

3 different techs assisted with the completion of the work (not all 3 were present the entiretime). They arrived w/in the designated windows & did not leave until the job was finished. Removed old reservoir tank from crawl space, installed new reservoir tank in utility room, connected sump pump hose, ran new electrical line. All techs were pleasant & communicative. Joel was filthy after being in the crawl space, but he cleaned up & left things pretty tidy. Great experience, job done well, all interactions were pleasant & the price was a fraction of other estimates! Highly recommend Evergreen 🌲.

Joel Rodriguez from Evergreen Plumbing came to my home to assess my garage disposal issue. From start to finish, he demonstrated genuine care and professionalism. He was pleasant to talk with, attentive to my concerns, and explained everything clearly. While I haven’t yet moved forward due to pricing, I really appreciated that he provided a transparent quote upfront—no surprises or pressure tactics. What impressed me most was his polite, professional demeanor throughout the entire visit. Beyond Joel’s excellent service, Evergreen Plumbing consistently gives me the impression that they truly care about their customers. Their team’s positive attitude and commitment to doing right by people is exactly what keeps me coming back. I’d absolutely recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.
