My garbage disposal broke. I had the pleasure of encountering 2 of the most respectful young gentlemen Dalton and Colby of Advantage Plumbing Heating and Air. They came in my home covered their shoes and got straight to work! They noticed another issue I had with one of my pipes and it definitely gave them a hard time, however they worked with a smile, finished the project in a timely manner and explained it all in terms I could understand. My husband and I can’t say enough about this team! They came out to assess our water heater damage within 24 hours of it leaking & ended up replacing it with a new one that same day. They worked until 7pm on a Friday evening to get it all done for us & we couldn’t have been more thankful! They go above & beyond - 10/10 recommend this company!

Staff went above and beyond when the inevitable complications arose. Even to the point of sending one of the owners out with more equipment. Highly recommend!

I’m very happy with the repair done to my leaking pipe and am also impressed with the fact that Julius was able to work in a crawl space. The only issue I have was that it costed more than I expected. But I’m still pleased.

We noticed an alarm going off at 600am on our sump pump after a deluge of rain. We had a master service protection agreement with Evergreen so we called and someone was there to take our call at that early hour which was great. This person was very helpful and dispatched a tech, Julius who had come in early and was at our house by 7am to investigate the issue. It was determined that our 9 year old sump pump needed to be replaced. Tech Kyle arrived at our house at 9am to install the new sump pump. He did a great professional job and our new sump pump was operational by 11am. This was a great service and we truly appreciate the Evergreen team. Thank you!

Had a quick problem with my garbage disposal not working and Evergreen came out the next day at a time that totally worked for me. They were kind, courteous and efficient. After figuring out the problem, Evan with Evergreen gave me some pointers on how to keep my garbage disposal working in tip top condition. I truly appreciate trust worthy service in my home. Evan, Joel, and Adam did an amazing job at my house today. My sump pump failed and I was in an absolute panic to get help as soon as possible. They quickly got out here, assessed the situation, stopped more water from coming in and replaced our sump pump all in the same day. I feel what I paid was absolutely worth it and I highly recommend them!

We have only had to call a plumber once before, in our almost 10 years of living in our home. When our basement kept flooding, I knew it was time. I literally just picked a name off of the Miamisburg chat page that came recommended, and boy am I glad I did! Shawn was absolutely wonderful. He was very communicative, kind, and efficient. And very patient listening to my husband pepper him with questions! We will definitely use them in the future if needed!

Noah is the best plumber ever. Quickly installed bidet seat on toilet and cleaned up the mess. 10/10 would recommend.
