Dave Sutter did a great job fixing my water heater!

I had Dave Sutter over to check out my water heater after a long vacation and he got everything up and running incredibly quickly. Would recommend to anyone for quick service.

Kyle cares and detail oriented. polite, on time, and did the job perfectly. Would highly recommend them for repairs.

Evergreen Plumbing & Drains will be my first call for plumbing work from now on. My shower valve was leaking, and damaging the ceiling below, so I had to get help fast, and I wanted it to be done right. Evergreen texted to confirm the visit before my appointment, then the plumber called to let me know he was on his way. I left a key for him to do the repairs while I was at work. He quickly diagnosed the concern, sent a repair quote via email, and called to discuss details over the phone. Within a couple hours, I had a nice, new shower valve, handle, spout, and trim, plumbed in with copper pipes, and expertly caulked to a clean finish. He also cleaned out my slow drain, and left the shower area tidy. The only sign that he had been working there was presence the fully functional, new fixtures. Evergreen made it easy to schedule, approve, and pay. I recommend them for all your residential plumbing needs!

Update: 6 months later, my aging water heater started leaking. It was not an emergency, but I wanted to replace is as soon as possible. Evergreen took care of things quickly and professionally. I reached out for an estimate late on New Year's Eve, and had a new water heater by January 2. Once again, Evergreen Plumbing & Drains did an awesome job.

Could not recommend this place enough. We had them do some work at our place and install our water softener. Dave and Jaden came out today to ensure that our system was operating properly and did an excellent job. Thanks, guys!

Excellent Service

Thank goodness for Evergreen! I did my research as I always do and even called around before choosing this company. I liked their honesty and integrity right off the bat. They took the time to have a conversation with me not just a sales pitch, answered questions, look at pictures I sent them and still chose to come out and talk to us. The system they installed for us as well as a new softener on our well system was worth every penny! Now if you want the cheapest for your pocketbook, go to a big box store. However, if you want pure professional, over the top meticulous, clean working, and plain just nice guys, choose this company!! They made sure to use quality equipment, that everything was working and new even down to new fittings! We couldn't ask for more! Thank you Adam and Julieus!

Update: Our system is still working great over a year later! You would never know we had well water. However, on Christmas Eve, our pump went out and we had no water with company coming! I frantically called and left a message! I did realize the pump had just tripped so that was a relief. But Adam called me back on Christmas Eve to make sure everything was ok and insisted on sending someone to check everything out the day after Christmas!! I tell you, this company takes care of their customers. Every single person is kind, every action is meticulous and the job is well done. Don't hesitate to call and use Evergreen!

They responded very quickly and came out to fix my main drain to my house very quickly and they did it for a very reasonable rate. We got our house back to normal and our peace of mind back. I had a a gas line ran to my existing wood fireplace. They came in checked it over and gave a quote at a very reasonable price. I had previously received two quotes from other companies that were extremely high for the amount of line I needed ran. They then reached out to me the next day to ask if I had any questions, and what they could do to earn my business.They completed very good quality work in a timely manner. I am very happy with the experience and will use them going forward for any plumbing needs. Highly recommend!!

Pulled a difficult toilet from rusted bolts onto the flange. Was expecting a bigger job with digging up concrete, but that did not have to happen. Technician David Sutter was very professional, informed me of several payment options up front, not pushy at all aiming towards the higher prices, and completed the job while helping me understand what he was doing very well. Hope not to see him again!! But will definitely keep Evergreen Plumbing in my phone !!

I had David sutter over to check my water heater and he was very professional and helpful in the learning process. The very next day Evan Schreck came over to a water heater replacement and instal or a new water Softner. He was very professional and problem solving. Asked questions about where’d I’d want the Softner where not many plumbing company’s employees would even care to do. They took there time and everything has been set up correctly and I was explained the process of how everything works. Very happy for what I paid for and the service provided.

Dave was awesome and extremely helpful in our water heater issues. He didn't push a bunch of sales BS and focused more on the problem at hand over trying to sell extra services like other companies do. Will absolutely be calling Dave back for help on our next project.

We recently moved into a new home that had a lot of plumbing issues. Evan spent 3 days straight in our home making sure everything was set and installed a new water softener and carbon filter. We will continue using them to maintain our systems and any issues that pop up down the road. Highly recommend. Great company!
