We had an excellent experience from start to finish. They unclogged our bathroom sink, cleaned out our main pipe, and completed a full flush on our water heater—all done efficiently and professionally. Noah and Sean were great! Everything was explained clearly, and the work was done right the first time.

Shawn was great!!! I had put off getting my shower fixed for a year and a half because I was afraid of what other problems might crop up. I got an appointment within a week, and Shawn was personable and - more importantly - very competent! He took only about 15 minutes and got everything fixed for me. I definitely recommend!!!!!

Had a busted pipe or so I thought. Turned out it was my water flow meter that froze and busted. Noah was able to show up faster than the competition and relayed the message to me what the problem was and also reached out to the city to try and get the problem fixed as fast as possible. Super friendly and prepared. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

We bought a house a year and a half ago. We had another company come out a couple of months after we moved in and he said our clog was hair. However the tech with the other company didn't look any further to figure out why the hair stopped there. A year later, our toilets quit working. I called Evergreen. Shawn came out and figured out the problem was about in the same place in the yard as the previous issue, but said we had tree roots blocking everything. We did have to excavated our yard but Shawn and his crew were so nice and actually fixed the problem then have us tips on how to avoid problems in the future. I found them to be trustworthy, and reasonable. I found our plumber for any future issues. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Overall, Evergreen has fantastic and rapid customer service, excellent communication, quality workmanship, and friendly staff. I HIGHLY recommend.
I had a leak at the inlet valve of my irrigation system (tap right off of the water main). Evan did a phenomenal job. He had to dig up the access port to get to the leak; the pipe was fully rusted, so had to be replaced. Result is a new assembly with bettter materials that will last decades. Evan also coordinated with the city to shut off and turn on the water so I didn't have to. All this done in single digit temperatures with a humble attitude and a smile on his face.

As a realtor, having reliable vendors I can confidently recommend to my clients is incredibly important—and this plumbing company has earned that trust time and time again. They are responsive, honest, and do quality work, which makes a huge difference during real estate transactions when timing and clear communication matter.
On a personal note, I also use them in my own home, which says everything. They show up when they say they will, explain things in a way that makes sense, and do the job right the first time. It’s rare to find a company that’s both professional and genuinely caring, and they are exactly that.

Dave Sutter did a great job fixing my water heater!

I had Dave Sutter over to check out my water heater after a long vacation and he got everything up and running incredibly quickly. Would recommend to anyone for quick service.

Kyle cares and detail oriented. polite, on time, and did the job perfectly. Would highly recommend them for repairs.

Evergreen Plumbing & Drains will be my first call for plumbing work from now on. My shower valve was leaking, and damaging the ceiling below, so I had to get help fast, and I wanted it to be done right. Evergreen texted to confirm the visit before my appointment, then the plumber called to let me know he was on his way. I left a key for him to do the repairs while I was at work. He quickly diagnosed the concern, sent a repair quote via email, and called to discuss details over the phone. Within a couple hours, I had a nice, new shower valve, handle, spout, and trim, plumbed in with copper pipes, and expertly caulked to a clean finish. He also cleaned out my slow drain, and left the shower area tidy. The only sign that he had been working there was presence the fully functional, new fixtures. Evergreen made it easy to schedule, approve, and pay. I recommend them for all your residential plumbing needs!

Update: 6 months later, my aging water heater started leaking. It was not an emergency, but I wanted to replace is as soon as possible. Evergreen took care of things quickly and professionally. I reached out for an estimate late on New Year's Eve, and had a new water heater by January 2. Once again, Evergreen Plumbing & Drains did an awesome job.
